Order fulfilment

We offer a deposit and payment on delivery service. The delivery fee is due as part of the deposit.

We will aim to deliver all goods within one to two working days, at a time to suit you.

A holding deposit will be required for orders longer than a week from the current date.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the property has appropriate space available when delivery is attempted. Measurements provided are approximate, please ensure that you enquire in further detail or view the product in person prior to delivery if in doubt. Delivery fee is non-refundable once delivery has been attempted.

Cancellations and re-scheduling

We insist all cancellations are made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. If cancellation is made after this time, the delivery deposit cannot be refunded. For orders scheduled longer than a week before the delivery, the holding deposit will be retained in the event of any cancellation after 48 hours of the order being placed.

We are able to reschedule to a suitable time – please do ensure we have at least a 24-hours notice period to avoid losing your delivery deposit.

Privacy

All data collected including contact numbers and addresses are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. These details are not kept on record after order fulfilment.
