Ex-Display / Like new – Items are in top condition as you would expect from minimal use . No damage, stains or fading and all in working order. Minimal to no signs of use. The vast majority of our sets meet this standard and is often the best value for money.
Good – Items in good condition have little to some signs of use and wear as would be expected from used goods. No damage and everything working as it should.
Fair – Items in fair condition have some to very noticeable signs of wear and use and may have some signs of heavy use or minor damage. Everything works as intended and defects are listed on description. Most these can be found on clearance page.
All refurbished items are vigorously cleaned upon arrival and again before departure to your home. Everything featured in our showroom is free of heavy wear, rips, dips, spring and/or structural damage.
