Don’t normally leave reviews, but we’ve been really happy with both the service and the sofa we purchased! There was a great range of sofas and price points in the warehouse to suit different budgets, and we really appreciated that there was no pushy sales approach or staff hovering over us whilst we looked around. Communication throughout was great, everyone was friendly and helpful, and delivery and set-up were quick and seamless. Would definitely recommend!

Brought 3 and 2 seater recliners from dudley store.
Excellent service and delivery, 2 guys delivering did a brilliant job of removing my massive corner suite and bringing in new recliners from a first floor flat.
All staff were attentive, polite and courteous.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Saw the sofas online and decided to visit the store. We picked out two leather two seater recliners and a two seater to fit our budget. We got told we could have them delivered the next day. The guys arrived as stated with our sofas and we are more than happy with our purchase. Definitely recommend this company.

We went into there, it was so easy to pick, they have so many different types of sofas. The women didnt force any sales or follow us around the shop which was great. It was so easy to order what colour and details etc. Came within a week, delivery men carried our sofas to the third floor, put it together in no time. Sofas are sooooo cheap aswell and quality. Really really happy ill recommend.

Poor customer service at Dunelm – Highgate Road, Birmingham
Today, Sunday 18/01/2026, I had a very disappointing experience at Dunelm on Highgate Road, Birmingham. I was already inside the store before closing time and had only two items in my hand ready to purchase.
Despite this, the staff refused to serve me, saying it was too late. They were very rude, talking among themselves and closing the till in front of me instead of helping. I had come from far away with my children, which made the situation even more upsetting.
I understand closing procedures, but customers who are already in the store before closing should be treated with basic respect and courtesy. This experience was unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
I hope management will take this matter seriously and address the behaviour of the staff involved

Hardly any communication, only after I message them. 3 delivery dates given no communication no sofas delivered. Stayed in the entire day for two of these supposed delivery dates. Took old sofa to the tip for the first delivery date so have been without now for weeks. On sending message to just cancel all because I am totally fed up….no response. 0stars

First delivery did not fit. Please remember to measure.
Second purchase was a good buy nice ex DFS sofas.
Delivery had problems with vans breaking down but got here in the end.

Absolutely amazing place, we purchased a corner sofa yesterday of a lovely young woman, me and my husband literally couldn't agree for the amount of choice there, when the lady found us this beautiful corner peice that wasn't even on the show floor yet, to say we're happy with it is an understatement, it's perfect for us. Two gentlemen delivered and installed it for us on the same day, definitely cannot get better service than that. Already recommended to family and friends and wouldn't go anywhere else now,highly doubt this place could be beaten on quality and value 5*

What a brilliant place with so many excellent sofas to choose from. There prices are the most competent I've seen and the staff are so friendly and accommodating not at all overbearing or pushy. The delivery guys were amazing in getting the sofa in and set up for us. I had ongoing communication with regards to where the drivers were which is very ususual nowadays. This company is amazing and the quality of the sofa is amazing. Would definitely recommend and use again.

These guys were really welcoming, the unit is very big with sofas from all sizes colours, and to suit all budgets! Guys done me a great deal, and delivered next day, which was a Sunday! So no day is an issue. They were friendly and helpful. Delivery service was second to none...really couldn't fault them and I would highly recommend them.

We had a fabulous experience here! We arrived on a Saturday afternoon when it was newly opened. At first, we weren’t able to locate the warehouse but we were then let in and allowed to explore at our own pace. The amount of sofas here is brilliant! We spent a long time looking around. We asked to try some of the recliners which wasn’t any trouble for them at all!
We also part-exchanged our own corner sofa. We ended up with a 3 seater sofa and two chairs (all reclining) for a bargain price! Would definitely use them again!!
