All requests will be accepted when an order delivered is incorrect, faulty or damaged or when the business is at fault.
Brand new items
*We offer a 7 day window following the order date in which to request a return. New items must be returned in the same condition when delivered.
*Please note this only applies to brand new items.
Refurbished/ Ex- Display Goods
If for any reason a sold item whether new or otherwise has significant damage that was not advertised or that has occurred during transit or handling by our own carrier, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return/refund or exchange. We may also be able to offer a repair/ replacement in most cases.
Management reserves the right to refuse any refunds or returns on used goods once delivered. We also only accept any responsibility for goods up to the point of delivery, collected by the customer or by a carrier chosen by the customer. When any one of these fulfilment options are met, we are then not liable for any damage or defects of an item.
Delivery deposits are non refundable.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of making the order for a full refund
Exchange option – We understand when purchasing furniture, especially sofas, it can be a tough decision to get right. Whether it fits the room right, if it matches the decor, if it meets any special requirements and so on.
If you purchase any sofa from us and you just can’t get along with it or if your worried what you buy won’t be what you need then we’ve got you covered.
Just let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we will grant an exchange for the price of the delivery and replace your set. ( Please note we will only accept exchanges no lower than 20% of the original purchase price. We will refund or take payment for any difference in price. Additional charges may apply to addresses further than 50 miles from our address)
Refunds will be returned via same method used to pay.
Cancellation – Full refunds are given if cancelled within 24 hours and if not yet dispatched. Any deposits may not be refundable. If you use our free storage option and cancel an order over 7 days we will only refund half the item cost, if over 21 days no refund will be granted.
Delivery dates and times
Our delivery estimates are working days only excluding weekends and bank holidays, if for any reason out of control a delivery is delayed we will work with you to arrange an alternative date. Please note while every effort is made to keep you updated we can never guarantee delivery on specific times or days. No refunds are given for delvieries delayed up to 2 days of due date however we accecpt cancellations with full refunds if delay exceeds this.
