Once you have selected your perfect sofa we will arrange a delivery date and time to suit you.
We deliver most of our lovely sofas personally to ensure you get the best service and that items are carefully handled.
We offer a low-cost two-man delivery service for the majority of our orders, this includes assembly where required. (Note: it may not always be possible to offer a two-man delivery service, especially for orders delivered further than 25 miles away – please get in touch to discuss special arrangements).
Our current delivery estimate is 1-2 days, special requirements – long distance delivery for example – may require additional time.
Payment can be made through our website or in-store, If you wish to schedule a delivery more than 5 days ahead the full amount including delivery fee will be due when placing the order.
On delivery day you will be notified when your item is out and will be called 30 – 60 minutes before arrival.
Please ensure there is sufficient space for the van to park and that the property and rooms are cleared of any obstructions or trip hazards. This helps make sure your goods are delivered safely and prevents possible damage or injury.
The delivery guys will assist with anything you may need and will assemble sofas and test any functions including recliners before leaving to your satisfaction.
