Terms of Sale
Payment & Deposit – We currently only take payment by cash or bank transfer. A minimum deposit equal to the delivery total on purchase date is required so long as delivery is under 7 days.
For delivery dates requested after 7 days or if using our storage option the total payment must be made in full. If the customer is paying via bank the deposit must also be made via the same method. Full payment is required within 7 days whether delivery has been made or not. If full payment is not received within these deadlines we may cancel the order and any deposit will not be refunded.
All deposits are non refundable after 24 hours of purchase.
If full payment cannot be taken on delivery, any goods will consequently be removed.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations – Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with a valid reason. All requests will be accepted when an order delivered is incorrect, faulty or damaged or when the business is at fault.
Where we cannot exchange or remedy defects we are responsible for, a full refund including delivery will be granted. Refunds must be returned via the same method they were paid.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of making the order for a full refund inc. any deposits paid. Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur the costs of delivery and will be deducted from refund. Cancellations after a 7 day period will incur a fee at 50% of the total payment and after 14 days no refund will be granted. If the customer is unable to take delivery or collect goods after 4 weeks any payments will not be refunded and any goods will go back up for resale.
Part exchanges, Removals & Exchanges- Part-exchanges must be in re-saleable condition and in the condition stated by the customer, If not we may refuse to remove the goods or alter the exchange value to remedy this.
If you wish to exchange a set, this may be possible if requested within 48 hours of purchase and must be no less than 20% of the value from the original item.
Management reserves the right to refuse part-exchanges, removals and exchanges at any time.
Delivery dates and times – We aim to get all sets delivered in no more than 5 working days and we also do our very best to deliver on a day and time to suit you.
However we can never 100% guarantee a specific day or time. Missing a specified date or time within 5 days will not warrant any refund, however we will accept refund requests on orders delayed more than 7 days from the date of purchase. This applies to orders made with specified dates. This does not apply to orders using our storage option.
Please note– While 99.9% of orders are fulfilled without issue these terms are in place so you as a customer are clear on what happens should an issue arise.

Complaints and requests can be submitted via phone, email or via messaging our business WhatsApp number. Please quote your name and postcode and provide all details and photos. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. This may take longer depending on the nature of the complaint.
